*If an order is refused or returned back to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, BM25 reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable package or merchandise.

Most packages reach their destination promptly and without incident, however sometimes a package can get lost or damaged in transit. BM25 cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. For your protection, we recommend you insure your order so you can be protected to receive your money back for the item(s) lost. If your package is insured and your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier that was used and file a claim with the carrier indicated. Please refer to your shipment confirmation email for the name of the shipping service used.
