How do I return or exchange an item?For a return, exchange, or refund, please fill out a form in the contact us page. "Contact Us" link is located under “Customer Service” at the bottom of any page on our website. You will view a contact us form, fill out this form with your order number and the item numbers of the product you wish to exchange or return. We will provide you with an RMA number. How do I change or cancel my order?Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, it is not always possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If status says “In Process” this means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. Cancelling an order can only be done during this time.

How do I use a promotion / coupon code?To redeem a promotion or a coupon code, enter it in the “Shopping bag” page where it says “Coupon Code". Then click Redeem. You must click “Redeem” in order for the discount to be applied. After entering the code, offer adjustments will be made automatically. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown.

How is sales tax calculated?We charge sales and use tax according to Federal and State guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.
