How to Return/Exchange
  • Please contact us first for Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will not accept any returns without the prior authorization.
  • All Returns must be postmarked within 5 days from receiving an RMA number from one of our customer service representatives.
  • Returns will be processed as an exchange or refund.
  • Store credit received previously for the returned item(s) will be deducted from the total credit to be given.
  • Please note that we will not honor any items that have passed our 30 day grace period.
  • Any items without the original packaging will not be honored.
Returning and Packaging Instructions:
  • Ship by using any legitimate parcel carriers.
  • BM25 is not responsible for any lost or damaged package(s), so please ship your packages insured with tracking for your safety..
  • Package your returns in the original packaging. Any returns received in poor packaging, will not be honored.
  • Include a copy of your invoice with your order #.
  • Keep your shipping receipt until you have fully received your exchange or credit.

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return. Please note: Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return. Please note: If there are any, you will be charged the difference in price for the new exchanging item(s).
  • If item(s) are returned from orders that received free shipping discount, original shipping will be charged.
  • DOES NOT send any form of return labels. Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling fees for exchanging.
Please note: For your protection, we recommend you insure your order so you can be protected to receive your money back for the item(s) lost. If your package is insured and your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier that was used and file a claim with the carrier indicated. Please refer to your shipment confirmation email for the name of the shipping service used.
